Trim or take down?
Some trees need trimming rather than removal. Jon looks at yours with you and talks through the work before settling the scope and price.
From the bucket or the rope
The bucket truck goes where it fits. Climbing and ropes reach the rest, around roofs, fences and lines.
Brush chipped, yard raked
Brush goes through the chipper and the wood is hauled away or left as agreed.
Crowns raised, deadwood out.

Ask for the scope in writing
- Which trees, and what is trimmed on each
- Limbs over the roof, the driveway or the fence
- Branches near service lines
- Cleanup and what gets hauled away
What affects the price
Tree size and number, how close the work is to the house, the fence and the lines, and whether the truck can reach it or it has to be climbed.

Straight answers.
How far out are you booked?
It depends on the season and current jobs. Call Jon for the schedule, especially if you want trimming before the leaves come in.
Can you work near power lines?
Jon has taken down trees grown into service lines and alongside high-voltage lines. If a line is down or touching the tree, the power company has to deal with the line first.
Do you haul everything away?
Yes. Brush goes through the chipper, logs get loaded and hauled. If you'd rather keep the wood for your own stove, say so when Jon looks at the job.
Do you give written estimates?
Yes. Ask for the trees, the work, stump options and haul-away in writing, so you can compare the same work between quotes.
